Refund policy

Returns and Refunds
Your item must be in its original unopened condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. All returns shall occur within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email info@drbobbacon.com to request a refund. You could also submit a request through our website.
2. Mail your returned item to: East Cobb Spine and Sport Chiropractic, 601 Woodlawn Drive, Suite 110, Marietta, GA 30067.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating:

• the reason for your return,
• your contact information, and
• a copy of your original order confirmation.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.  And we do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
